The Watershed Coordinator is an integral member of the larger Salt River Ecosystem Restoration Project Team and the lead person for conducting outreach, developing opportunities for community engagement, establishing a schools and citizen-based framework for ongoing monitoring in accordance with project permits and regulatory requirements, helping support the development of the Salt River Watershed Council, and coordinating efforts with other groups, initiatives, projects, and funding and outreach opportunities.
